Bayside Terrace, LLC, is a single-story, 160-bed facility surrounded by a forest preserve midway between Chicago and Milwaukee.

We are a licensed Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF) and provide services for those with a primary diagnosis of mental illness.  We work with our residents to help prepare and transition them back into the community, having a full and meaningful life.
